What we collect

We collect only what you type into the consultation enquiry form. Step 1 asks for the minimum needed to reply: your name, your country, your preferred reply channel and either your email address or your WhatsApp number (never both), the Bhringraj product you are considering, and your reason for the enquiry.

Step 2 is entirely optional. It offers space for your age, your main health concerns, current medication, relevant medical history, and Ayurvedic products you already use. You may leave every one of these blank and still send your enquiry. We also record that you gave consent, and the version of the consent wording shown to you.

We do not ask for your sex, nationality, postal address, identity documents, payment details or medical records through this website.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: so that a Chakrapani Ayurvedic physician can read your question and reply with product-selection and suitability guidance. They are not used for advertising and are not sold or rented to anyone.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered by email to the Chakrapani enquiry inbox (info@chakrapaniayurveda.com). They are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are readable by Chakrapani clinic staff handling enquiries.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count page views and anonymous interactions such as which product link was opened, or that a consultation enquiry was started, sent successfully or failed. No form content is ever sent to analytics: not your name, email address, WhatsApp number, age, medication, medical history or the text of your enquiry. You can block analytics with any standard browser or extension setting without losing access to the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what enquiry data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@chakrapaniayurveda.com from the address you used, and state clearly what you would like done.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained by the clinic for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your question. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, write to info@chakrapaniayurveda.com.
